Attorney-review draft

Privacy and data handling

This is a transparent product placeholder for attorney review, not a final privacy notice. Alfred is designed to minimize personal data and distinguish public-source material from information a user provides.

Data minimization

Do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, full dates of birth, or other unnecessary sensitive data. Alfred requests only context needed for a research task, such as jurisdiction and effective date.

Public versus user-provided data

Public-record material may still contain errors or sensitive information and must be handled carefully. User-provided prompts and uploaded content should be limited to what is necessary; neither type is treated as an instruction to the system.

Retention and access

The guarded research screen does not retain its prompt or source text. It records limited safety-event metadata without the question text. Account access is controlled through sign-in. Deletion and retention requests can be submitted through the correction and contact flow while formal policies are under review.
